Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using IonicTechMart services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
IonicTechMart provides technology services including but not limited to:
- Bug fixes and debugging services
- Web and mobile application development
- Performance optimization
- Security audits and fixes
- Technical consultation
Payment Terms
Pricing and Payment
• All prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
• Refunds are available within 7 days if work has not commenced
Billing and Invoicing
• Invoices are sent via email upon completion of work
• Payment terms are net 7 days unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
Service Level Agreement
Response Times
• Low Priority: 24-48 hours
• Medium Priority: 12-24 hours
• High Priority: 6-12 hours
• Urgent Priority: 2-4 hours
Quality Assurance
• All work is tested before delivery
• We provide documentation for all changes made
• Code is reviewed for security and best practices
• We offer unlimited revisions for 30 days after delivery
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant necessary access to systems and code
- Respond to requests for clarification promptly
- Test and approve work within reasonable timeframes
- Maintain backups of your data
Intellectual Property
• You retain ownership of your existing code and data
• New code developed specifically for you becomes your property
• We retain rights to general methodologies and tools
• We will not use your code for other clients without permission
• All work is confidential and protected by NDA
Confidentiality
We agree to:
- Keep all client information strictly confidential
- Not disclose any proprietary information
- Use information only for the intended purpose
- Return or destroy confidential materials upon request
Limitation of Liability
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We recommend maintaining backups of all data
• We are not responsible for third-party software issues
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 7 days written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- We will return all client materials
- Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
Dispute Resolution
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted in English
• Each party bears their own legal costs
• Governing law is the jurisdiction of our business location
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
