1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Products must be in resalable condition
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@ionictechmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship the product back to us using the provided shipping label
- Receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Products returned after 30 days
- Digital products or services
- Customized or personalized items
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or we made an error in the order.
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and process a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
